Mom's Night Out

What is Yoga?

Learn how to reconnect to your breath, stretch your body,
work on balance and gain strength and endurance.

Incorporate flowing movements, attention to bone and muscular structure, use your own body as a resistance for strength building, and even add some stress reduction techniques.


About the Instructor:

Katie Meuse, RYT, has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2004. She is Yoga Alliance certified, has certification in prenatal yoga and is group fitness certified through the AFAA. She enjoys teaching all levels if students.
Katie believes strongly that yoga brings us closer to our true self: "My hope as a yoga instructor is to inspire others on their personal yoga paths, and help them to experience the divine within themselves."

Girl Scout Cookies

Anyone who wants to support girl scouting but not consume the calories or just wants to do a good deed, April Weiser's troop is participating in the Gift of Caring program. Their troop's plan is to take any boxes of cookies that are donated and give them to the Hope Lodge which is a resident facility for families traveling here for cancer treatment. The patients may be adults or children but whole families can stay together during the treatments at this facility.

So weather you are a Thin Mint junkie or would just like to help 2 great organizations, contact April Weiser to orders your cookies.
